BSA

Develop its graduates to assume business leadership and management positions with primary focus on the financial field.
Graduates will be prepared to work in and manage a variety of business operations from an entrepreneurial to a partnership to a corporate setup; from a service to a trading to a manufacturing business type; and from a local to a global scope of operations.

BSBA

The program is designed for the management and successful operation of business enterprise. The program offers majors in economics, management, finance, banking, accounting and marketing.
At the end of the program, the student would have acquired knowledge of the various aspects of business administration to pursue a career in business either as staff member or technical person of a business firm or as the creative entrepreneur.

BA PUB AD

Good governance and public administration in a democracy require proper ideals and values, professional knowledge and skills, ethical standards and integrity, and appropriate attitudes.
To respond to this, Kalayaan College offer an integrated program of courses, readings, seminars and special lectures be involving administration, staff work, and field activities. Students will be challenged to develop their critical faculties, and their ability to relate to and work with leaders and officials in various government organizations, NGOs, and corporations concerned with public issues and the public service.

The BSHRM curriculum boasts of a solid liberal arts foundation, stresses critical and analytic thinking while developing the skills, attitudes and values necessary for successful leadership or management careers in the hospitality industry and in society as a whole.
It is concerned with developing graduates to assume leadership and management positions in hotels, restaurants and other related establishments.
Graduates will be prepared to be able to work in a variety of settings: from different types of hotels and restaurants to resorts, cruise ships and other transport catering.
Curriculum to thoroughly integrates all aspects of services, tourism and travel related principles related to hospitality management. The strong business and entrepreneurial preparation to afford graduates the flexibility to work in various management areas in the business world.

BS Y

The Bachelor of Arts/ Science in Psychology program provides the students with exposure to the wide range of psychological theories and research methodologies which can be useful preparation for further professional training as psychologists, medical doctors, lawyers, or for work in schools, industry, media and other social agencies in various capacities involving research, counseling, psychological testing, personnel work, training to a few.
